The environment is Mexico has lots of Aztec history behind it.The Aztecs had an environment legacy of herbal medicine, organic farming and long living environment.  All of these were handed down to others.

In the 20th century, arts and architecture were very important to the Aztecs. They had done paintings and many traditional Mexican arts.

The Aztec has left much evidence that they have existed in Mexico.  They left behind many things like weaving, pottery making, silver smiting, doll making and many more which are found. They spent so many hours of these but just to make it perfect for the ancestors and stay on the line of tradition. Tools that were used were found and discovered it was used by the native generation to generation. To name some of their weaving they made basket, ropes, sandals and twined mats. Native Indians have many different potteries, texture colour and many more.

The Aztec left some building for the future and show that they exist because their architecture are been discovered. One thing they have found is the temples, the pyramids and palaces. These were built hundreds of years ago. Some were discovered that they were built for different types of gods when others are made for celebrations. The most common monument that was dealt with the Aztec is the great pyramids (Teotihuacan). The legend says that an eagle on a cactus had a snake in its mouth and says to be a sign of god that he wanted to be here. They are four sided pyramids and have stairs going up towards the most important part, where the sacred person. And because of the Teotihuacan an entire whole city was built on the land on water. Many people lived here with the population of 100, 00.

The Aztec spoke in an ancient language referred to Nahuatl or Mexican. It is still spoken by millions of Nahua and most of the things the Aztechas been doing are still done today by the Nahua. The arts are part of the Mexican heritage, weaving, instruments and mainly food. Avocadoes, tomato, chocolate, and chilli are all Aztec words. Artworks why important today

Moctezuma'sThrone

This was the production from Moctezuma II to celebrate the new fire during 1507.

It is also known as Teocalli (temple) of Sacred War.

This was found in 1831 under the City of Mexico.

Some believes that whoever sat on this throne was to be god, a leader, and the strongest human in existence.

Because of this, it had told us more about the Aztecs and how they work.

It makes more of an understanding of bits and pieces in history and art.

Art is shown on the throne; it has many fine detail and complex patterns.

And it had told us most of the history of the eagle with a snake on a cactus.

Aztec Feather Shield

This was discovering 300 years after it was made by Aztecs.                                                                                                                              The shields are fragile and most are broken but some shields managed to sustain no damage.
The shields are decorated with many feathers, feathers on the side, dangling down.                                                                                                         The blue and green figure was thought to be a wild animal while others argue its a water creature.

It’s still important today because it shows us how amazing Aztec artists were.                                                                               It shows how some Aztecs can be so into art and have such amazing skills.
It also tells us what types of shield they used how they are made of.
